Kuwait Airways Business Class Seats
The seats of Business Class have a 2-2-2 format. There a total of 36 seats in the Business Class cabin. Twelve on the forward business cabin and 24 on the rear Business section of the entire cabin. The Business Class of Kuwait Airways has B/E Aerospace Diamond seats. These are entirely flat and offer a little privacy but not enough legroom when these are in a full reclining mode.
There is a partition divider between the seats to allow privacy. It is high enough to see the other passenger’s face while conversing.
Behind this divider are a power outlet and a headphone port for each seat.
A foldable tray table emerges from out of the center armrest, which also has seat controls on it.
Kuwait Airways Business Class Food
Kuwait Airways is well known to be a “dry airline.” This means they do not serve alcohol in any form. The Kuwait Airways Culinary Panel decides and prepares the on-air menu of Business Class. Pre-departure beverages are offered with mixed nuts. These drinks are a choice between orange juice, strawberry juice, or water.
Subsequently, dates and Arabic coffee is served in traditional cups.
After departure, tablecloths are circulated, and trolleys with refreshments are rolled out. These contain coffee, tea, and plates filled with small snacks.
For the main entrees, a choice of chicken, lamb, and fish (scallops, prawns, and salmon) is offered.
With each entree, an array of warm tandoori bread and butter is served.
The main courses are rolled down the aisle in the trolley so that passengers can select them according to their view.

All meals are served on tablecloths, metal cutlery, and tray tables. The main courses are served with a bottle of Tabasco.
Just before arrival, Arabic coffee or mint tea is served.
Kuwait Airways Business Class Facilities
A pillow and blanket are already placed on each seat for passengers. Warm towels are also given to every passenger. Headphones are given in a black colored pouch with the Kuwait Airways logo and a title of ” Luxury” printed.
At the time of departure, a safety video and traditional prayer are panned on the in-flight entertainment systems.
These also have a clear view of the nose feed and tail end cameras of the plane.
The small lavatories of the Business Class cabins hold several commodities like toothpaste and a toothbrush along with hand wash and a hand dryer.
The amenity kits circulated among the passengers had the following things:

- A hairbrush

- A small Colgate toothpaste

These items were mainly by the brand “Aigner,” whereas the kit is branded by Christian Lacroix and is for one-time use only.

Kuwait Airways Business Class Entertainment
The in-flight entertainment system of Kuwait Airways holds up to thousands of hours of movies, TV shows, and video content. This on-demand entertainment system also maintains an airshow in which a flight map and camera view from the tail end, nose wheel, and downside of the plane could be seen.

Two pieces are allowed in free checked-in baggage for Business class. Each article must not be of more than 32kg (70 lbs). Additional charges of around 30 to 95 KWD are added for each other piece.
Each piece’s permitted dimensions are 90cm in length, 65cm in width, and 75cm in height. The maximum dimensions allowed are 158cm (62 inches).
The weight of free carry-on baggage is 11kg (24 lbs). The maximum dimensions allowed are 22 × 18 × 10 inches (56cm × 46cm × 25cm).

The crew members are friendly and hospitable. They listen and serve the passengers attentively.
Although the food is good, the actual meal service timing is pretty late and close to arrival time.
The interior of the cabin is satisfactory but a bit bland and dull. The seats also do give a sleek or modern look. There is less storage space compared to other airlines.
Overall the Business Class of Kuwait Airways is adequate, and the service is relatively decent.
