In the UAE, there are many types of visas. Make sure the purposes you are coming for. Many people want to come here for Work, but the agents will hand over them tourist visas.
One more thing, an employment visa is only issued after proper interviews and verification. A contract with your acceptance signature is submitted in UAE, and then you will get an employment visa. Many people think that they will buy it from an agent and come to the UAE for work – These are people who get scammed.
As per UAE rules, you need a sponsor and the only sponsor can apply for a visa.

How to Check UAE Visa Status Online
I will show you step by step to understand the visa types, and later on, you can judge what kind of visa you have fake, duplicate, invalid, visit, or employment. There are two different websites that I will show you. You can use either working for you.
UAE Visits or Employment Visa
First of you must know the United Emirates is a country that consists of seven states Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras al-Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm al-Quwain. Dubai is not a country but a state like others.
If you plan to come here and search for a job or meet friends and family, you normally apply for a visit visa. But if you have got a job and have signed the offer letter, you can only get an employment visa. Visit visa is for 14 days to 3 months normally. An employment visa is valid for 2 months, normally in which you must fly to UAE.

Steps to Check Dubai Visa Status Online
I request you read this article thoroughly so that you can understand it in a better way. Follow the below steps;
Step – 1: First of all, go to ednrd. Ae Portal, You will see a screen like the below image.
Step – 2: Now, if you have applied for a visit visa and you want to see the status of that process, then at dropdown “Select Service To Inquire,” select it like in the below picture. eDNRD APPLICATION. This is because sometimes the agent will say that I have applied for your visa. In that case, ask him if you can give me the application number. Get that number and check your process. Suppose it is stuck somewhere or needs more paper so that you can provide it immediately. If you cannot find any status, then he is lying. Avoid that agent
Step – 3: Now, let us see how to fill up this form. I will do it in one picture. Make sure to have your passport and visa you just received in your hands. All this information is on your visa and passport.
Step – 4: You will get the result like below. I have changed the values a little to make it. If you get like “Unable to process,” then your visa is not valid; otherwise, it will show you like the second option.
Check Visa UAE Overall
But what if your visa is from any other state like Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, etc. then? You need to follow the below process. However, you can follow the whole UAE.
Step – 1: Go to the MOI Portal (Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship)
Step – 2: You will see the below screen if you click on the above link. Just choose as I have done—file Number, then Visa. In file type, I have chosen Emirates Unified Number that you can see on your visa, or you can use other options like File No. of Identity (only for residents). Click on I am not a Robot and the Hit Search.
Step – 3: You will see a result like this. Here this person has used this visa. If you see “No Record Found,” it means your visa is never issued.
That all; I hope this helped.
Always track your application as agents nowadays. Just say that your visa is rejected. You cannot do anything as the visa fee is always paid during the application process. Hence the agent may not have applied but took the fee. Better be aware of these tricks.

Why do I need to check my visa when my native country is allowed?
Man, I met two guys at Dubai airport on my previous flight. They both were in a hell of a painful situation. They both came to me and asked if their luggage will be on this flight? I nodded yes if you are on transit or booked it from Dubai. They gave a surprising answer that we are not in transit or coming from Dubai! I inquired then how you are at the airport?

- Investors Visa – If you open a firm there in UAE
- Employee Visa – Get a job there and be hired, and HR/PRO of the firm will do the process | Also called Employment Visa
- Dependent Visa – Marry to UAE National
How one change a Visit visa to a Work permit in UAE?
Once you land in UAE on a visit visa, then prepare a nice-looking resume as per requirements there. Apply on online portals, visit companies, and drop your resume there. Ask your references. Try hard and get hired.

Now your hiring company will apply to change your status to the concerned department. There are two ways either you have to leave the country and enter again on an Employment visa offered by your company you joined, or they can ask to change it while you stay there, but it costs more to the companies.
After entering UAE again, your Visa status will be changed to an employment visa.
